Everything you need to know for yoga this autumn
I hope you are well and have enjoyed the summer. Thanks to the unsettled bank holiday weather Autumn already feels very much upon us!
Here is all the information you need about yoga classes starting in September.
I aim to mix classes in the studio with online so that everyone who wants to join can do so in some way, shape or form.
There will be space for four people plus me in the studio which will be on a first come first served basis. If there isn’t room in the studio, or if you would prefer to stay at home, you can join online.
The website now has options to book for online classes and studio classes. If you have any queries about booking please send me an email or message.
If you would like to book a number of classes in advance to secure a space in the studio you can buy multiple ‘studio’ classes via the website and then message me to let me know so I can keep a record.
All classes can be booked through my website in advance, which will be set up for studio and online options. Book here – https://www.fluidlifeyoga.co.uk/zoom-page/
Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in advance by BACS that is also an option – please message me to let me know you have paid and for which class.
Classes will go back to 75 minutes.
I will also be re-starting private sessions if anyone would like some more individually tailored yoga, or if you have something you particularly want to focus on. These can be held in the studio or online – whichever works best for you.
We will start classes the week beginning 7th September and class days and times will be:
Yoga in the studio £10 per class
Online will be £8.50 per class
Private £40 for 70 mins
I know a couple of you still have some paid-for sessions from before lock-down which can still be used in the autumn.
Safety in the studio
For those of you coming into the studio, having a reduced number means we can stay safely apart. The studio will be cleaned after each class, in particular, high traffic areas such as door handles etc. There will be hand sanitiser available and I will not make any hands-on adjustments.
I recommend bringing your own mat but mats will be available if you need one, along with wipes to clean them down afterwards.
Whilst the weather is warm we will have windows and doors open and fresh air in the studio as much as possible without it getting cold!
As always, please do get in touch if you have any queries or questions and I look forward to seeing you very soon.
